kea-common software package provides Common libraries for the ISC KEA DHCP server, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kea-common
kea-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kea-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kea-common *
You will get with kea-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
